Head of Data

We are a forward-thinking software development company, known for our proprietary core platform and its integral components — Sportsbook, CRM, Risk Management, Antifraud, Bonus Engine, and Retail Software Suite.
Now, we are looking for a Head of Data to build and lead the company’s data function.
In this role, you will define the data strategy, develop a scalable data platform, and ensure that data drives decision-making across product, marketing, and operations in a high-volume iGaming environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with data platforms or data engineering
• 2+ years of experience leading data teams or data initiatives
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics systems
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s data strategy and architecture
• Build and lead the data team (data engineers, analysts, BI)
• Develop and evolve the data platform for high-volume transactional and behavioral data
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across all data systems
• Enable product, marketing, and operations with actionable analytics and insights
• Drive data initiatives related to player behavior analytics, retention, and fraud monitoring
• Establish best practices for data engineering, analytics, and reporting

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or high-transaction industries
• Experience with real-time or streaming data architectures
• Experience building data teams from early or scaling stages
• AWS certifications
