Sales Manager

Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services across various areas of performance marketing.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the client base: retaining, reactivating, and upgrading players from the casual segment to VIP through systematic personal communication (calls, emails, and messengers).

What you will do:
•  Work with a warm client base assigned to the manager and continuously replenished, including warm calls and messaging;
•  Sell our product to clients in order to grow them to higher levels and retain them within the project;
•  Handle incoming client requests and work with objections.

What you will need for this: 
•  1+ year of experience in sales or account management;
•  Knowledge of sales techniques and sales structure (sales process, identifying client needs);
•  English proficiency at B2+ level;
•  Strong communication skills;
•  Experience with Excel / Google Sheets;
•  Analytical mindset, proactivity, structured approach, and responsibility;
•  Self-organization and the ability to manage working time effectively.

•  Experience in the iGaming industry.
