About the role

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, helping us identify and attract talented professionals.

 

Key qualifications

โ€” At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
โ€” Experience with different sourcing techniques
โ€” Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
โ€” Experience conducting initial/screening interviews
โ€” Understanding of the IT job market and salary ranges
โ€” Ability to effectively present the company and open roles to candidates

โ€” Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ€” Good time-management and organizational skills
โ€” High level of self-organization and responsibility
โ€” Experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, or candidate communication is a plus
โ€” At least Intermediate English (spoken and written)

 

Responsibilities

โ€” Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
โ€” Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, internal databases, and professional communities
โ€” Conduct initial interviews
โ€” Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
โ€” Evaluate candidate experience, motivation, and cultural fit
โ€” Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline
โ€” Conduct job market research and salary analysis when needed
โ€” Continuously explore new sourcing channels, tools, and recruitment techniques
