Recruiter

About the role

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, helping us identify and attract talented professionals.

Key qualifications

— At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
— Experience with different sourcing techniques
— Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
— Experience conducting initial/screening interviews
— Understanding of the IT job market and salary ranges
— Ability to effectively present the company and open roles to candidates

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Good time-management and organizational skills
— High level of self-organization and responsibility
— Experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, or candidate communication is a plus
— At least Intermediate English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

— Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
— Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, internal databases, and professional communities
— Conduct initial interviews
— Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
— Evaluate candidate experience, motivation, and cultural fit
— Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline
— Conduct job market research and salary analysis when needed
— Continuously explore new sourcing channels, tools, and recruitment techniques
