About the role
We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, helping us identify and attract talented professionals.
Key qualifications
โ At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
โ Experience with different sourcing techniques
โ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
โ Experience conducting initial/screening interviews
โ Understanding of the IT job market and salary ranges
โ Ability to effectively present the company and open roles to candidates
โ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ Good time-management and organizational skills
โ High level of self-organization and responsibility
โ Experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, or candidate communication is a plus
โ At least Intermediate English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
โ Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
โ Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, internal databases, and professional communities
โ Conduct initial interviews
โ Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
โ Evaluate candidate experience, motivation, and cultural fit
โ Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline
โ Conduct job market research and salary analysis when needed
โ Continuously explore new sourcing channels, tools, and recruitment techniques
