The Core Focus
- Translating the unique pulse of the iGaming world into actionable HR strategies that align perfectly with business goals across diverse teams (product, tech, marketing, and operations).
- Acting as a strategic coach to managers and leaders, empowering them in performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Crafting innovative initiatives that breathe life into the corporate culture and retain top-tier talent in a fiercely competitive market.
- Taking the wheel in recruitment, onboarding, and growth journeys to ensure a seamless, engaging experience.
- Turning HR metrics and employee data into powerful insights for strategic decision-making.
The Ideal Profile
- A proven, robust background in Human Resources, heavily focused on HRBP or Senior People Partner roles.
- Mandatory prior experience within the iGaming sector (or similarly fast-paced arenas like crypto, tech, or digital).
- A natural agility to thrive in fast-moving, international structures where quick action is the norm.
- Outstanding communication skills, built on transparency and the ability to forge deep, trust-based relationships at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
