Operational Excellence Lead (Ecommerce Delivery)
About the role:
Elogic is looking for an Operational Excellence Lead who will help improve the performance and efficiency of our e-commerce delivery organization.
This role focuses on strengthening the way our teams operate across Project Management, Business Analysis, Account Management, and cross-functional delivery processes.
You will work across teams to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, introduce clearer operational standards, and help increase delivery quality and predictability.
This role is not a traditional line-management position. Instead, you will work closely with department leads and delivery teams to improve how projects are executed and how teams collaborate.
Key mission:
Improve delivery efficiency, operational clarity, and execution consistency across Elogicβs ecommerce projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve operational processes across delivery teams
- Identify bottlenecks, handoff issues, and execution risks
- Introduce clearer workflows, standards, and delivery playbooks
- Define and track delivery and operational KPIs
- Improve coordination between PM, BA, AM, and engineering teams
- Partner with department leads to strengthen planning, risk management, and execution discipline
- Facilitate operational reviews and recommend improvements based on data
Success in this role:
Within the first 6 months, this person should:
- identify key operational bottlenecks across delivery functions
- launch 2β3 improvement initiatives that increase delivery clarity or efficiency
- improve visibility of delivery KPIs and reporting
- help teams reduce ambiguity in processes and handoffs
Requirements:
- 4β8 years of experience in ecommerce, software delivery, or digital agency environments
- Experience across several of the following areas:Project Management, Business Analysis, Delivery Management, Account Management, or Operations
- Experience improving delivery processes or operational workflows
- Strong analytical and systems thinking
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience with delivery KPIs and operational reporting
- Strong English communication skills
Strong plus:
- Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce / Shopify / Shopify Plus / BigCommerce
- Experience in an ecommerce agency or services company
- Experience working with delivery teams of 20+ people
- Experience improving delivery governance or project frameworks
