Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are actively scaling and looking for a Senior Recruiter who will help us find and attract strong specialists on the international market.

In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers and contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes within the company.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate profiling to job offer
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, professional communities, and referrals
• Conduct structured interviews, assess hard and soft skills, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Oversee the recruitment pipeline: track timelines, update ATS/CRM, and prepare reports
• Advise managers on market trends, compensation, and realistic hiring expectations
• Improve recruitment processes and explore new sourcing channels
• Support employer branding initiatives and engage with professional communities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (digital/tech/marketing, iGaming)
• Proven success in filling Middle, Senior, and Lead positions with high-quality candidates
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and ATS/CRM systems
• Experience working with international candidate markets
• Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proactive and self-driven mindset
• English level B2+
