Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you can grow either as a Sourcer or, if you’d like, gradually move toward a full-cycle Recruiter role — depending on your interests and career goals.
 

Key qualifications of the candidate:
— 1+ year experience in sourcing and a well-founded desire to develop in it
— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
— Knowledge of relevant job boards, sourcing platforms, and online communities
— Experience conducting market research and talent mapping, including salary benchmarking and competitor analysis
— Knowledge of LinkedIn
— Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

— Effective time-management abilities
— High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability
— At least Intermediate English (both speaking and written)
 

Responsibilities:
— Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates
— Active search for qualified candidates according to the vacancy requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
— Communication with candidates
— Searching for new contacts and maintaining the Database.
— Job market analyses and reviews
