Chief Product Officer (CPO) – DACH Market
We’re looking for a hands-on Chief Product Officer to take full ownership of our product and growth in the DACH region.
This role is a mix of Product, Growth, and Business ownership.
You’ll be responsible for scaling the product, optimizing player journeys, and driving revenue growth specifically for the German-speaking market.
You’ll work directly with the founders and have the freedom to shape strategy, execute ideas, and build the product in the direction you believe works best.
What you will do
Product & Growth Ownership (DACH)
• Own product performance and P&L for the DACH region
• Optimize conversion funnels, UX flows, and player journeys
• Adapt product and promotions to DACH player behavior
• Lead acquisition and activation strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Work with VIP teams to improve high-value player engagement
• Launch and manage product integrations with external tools
• Report directly to founders on product performance and growth
Retention & CRM
• Build and lead the DACH retention team
• Create CRM and retention campaigns tailored to DACH player behavior
• Set up automated communication flows using Customer.io or similar tools
• Launch promotions that drive repeat deposits and long-term player activity
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align strategy
• Use player feedback to continuously improve the product experience
What we’re looking for
• 4+ years in iGaming
• Experience in roles such as CPO, Product Owner, Brand Manager, Country Manager, or Growth Lead
• Strong experience working with the DACH market is mandatory
• Experience with Curacao licensed operators or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of online casino products and player behavior in DACH
• Strong background in CRM / Retention (Customer.io or similar)
• Leadership mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and drive results
Bonus points
• Experience scaling iGaming brands in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
• Hands-on experience in VIP, CRM, Product, Growth, or Creative teams
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and LTV optimization
