Product Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can quickly analyze markets, identify growth opportunities, and scale products efficiently. This role is not about theoretical strategies or year-long planning, we need someone who works with metrics, experiments, and real results.

Responsibilities

• Quickly analyze the market, competitors, and target audience
• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the product
• Identify the product’s unique positioning and messaging
• Test different channels, formats, and growth hypotheses
• Work closely with product and design teams to improve product presentation and market fit
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Launch and manage marketing experiments and campaigns
• Identify high-impact channels for product visibility and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience launching or scaling digital products
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to quickly understand markets and identify opportunities
• Experience working with growth metrics and performance analytics
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Ability to turn ideas into fast marketing experiments
• Strong communication and product storytelling skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with product marketing or growth marketing
• Understanding of SMM strategy (without being responsible for posting content)
• Experience with startups or fast-growing products
• Knowledge of performance marketing channels
