Spaceberry is an AI-driven design studio. We create interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with the US/UK/EU markets.
Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development of digital products. Now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of closing deals across the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Independently identify and research opportunities to attract new clients (outbound);
- Launch automated outreach campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports;
- Dive deep into lead inquiries: understand their pain points, motivations, and expectations, and prepare tailored commercial proposals;
- Maintain regular communication with the team and share lead expectations and insights;
- Present the company and commercial proposals, and conduct negotiations with leads until closing the deal;
- Find creative and non-standard approaches to address client requests and convert new clients;
- Regularly update and document new information about leads in the CRM.
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT sales in roles involving direct client interaction;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Active use of LinkedIn and email outreach automation tools (Clay, Apollo, Snow.io, Expandi, etc.);
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle;
- Understanding of the customer journey stages and the actions required to move leads through the funnel;
- Experience in developing and managing multiple sales channels (outbound, inbound, partnerships, events);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Proven track record of closed deals and long-term client relationships;
- Ability to effectively use AI tools to achieve business goals.
