- Develop incentive and override structures that reward top-performing introducers.
Key Responsibilities

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with introducers, ensuring alignment with GammaPrime’s growth objectives.
-Strategically test introducer performance across advisor channels while scaling the most impactful digital networks.
-Track performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies to maximize deal flow.
-Collaborate closely with business development and product teams to ensure introducer activity matches investor demand.
Required Background
-Proven experience in affiliate management, digital community growth, or newsletter-based marketing.
-Strong network in online communities, influencer ecosystems, or affiliate programs.
-Demonstrated ability to scale partnerships in fast-growing, performance-driven environments.
-Analytical skills to measure, evaluate, and optimize introducer performance.
Ideal Candidate
-Based in Eastern Europe (Romania, Poland preferred) with experience in high-level affiliate programs.
-Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a focus on measurable results.
-Comfortable in a performance-based culture with overrides tied to success.
-Able to test new introducer channels, scale quickly, and identify high-impact partners.
-Ability to travel internationally, including to the United States; candidates should be eligible to obtain an ESTA or hold a visa that allows business travel to the U.S.
