Sales Manager (Upwork)

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales on Upwork and developing the client base for our IT agency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales (outsourcing/outstaffing companies);
• Experience working with Upwork;
• Experience selling Web Development / Web Design / SEO services;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• English level B2+ / Advanced;
• Result-oriented mindset and strong deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and qualify potential clients on Upwork;
• Manage the lead generation team;
• Conduct negotiations, business correspondence, and video calls with clients;
• Identify client needs and prepare commercial proposals;
• Handle the full sales cycle: from the first contact to closing deals.
