Business Analyst (Big Data)

We are looking for Business Analyst to develop and support Big Data solutions used across multiple business units. In this role, you will focus on structuring business needs, defining data logic and ensuring solutions are clearly specified for implementation. The position combines analytical work, data solution design and cross-team collaboration in a large-scale telecom environment.

Responsibilities
•    Collect, analyze and formalize business requirements from internal teams
•    Translate business needs into structured documentation, data logic and functional specifications
•    Design analytical solutions such as triggers, batch processes, dashboards and data funnels
•    Define data mappings, transformation rules and end-to-end processing flows
•    Build, aggregate and validate datasets from multiple internal and external sources
•    Support development teams by clarifying requirements, logic and acceptance criteria
•    Maintain structured product documentation, PRDs and user stories
•    Participate in solution discussions to ensure feasibility, clarity and consistency of implementation
•    Provide visibility on analysis progress and document agreed decisions and assumptions
•    Contribute to improving analysis practices, documentation quality and internal knowledge sharing

Requirements
•    2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Engineering or a similar role
•    Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business requests
•    Proven experience writing clear functional and technical documentation
•    Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and ETL processes
•    Experience working with Big Data platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or similar environments
•    Familiarity with streaming or pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka is an advantage
•    Understanding of data structures, processing logic and system integration principles
•    Experience working with multiple teams in complex corporate environments
•    Telecom domain knowledge is a plus
