Freelance Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Freelance Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify and connect with potential clients for our recruitment agency.
 

Your main responsibility will be to research companies that are actively hiring and generate qualified leads for our sales team by reaching out to decision-makers such as HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers.
 

This is a remote freelance role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

 

  • Research and identify companies that may need recruitment services
  • Find relevant decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Founders, Hiring Managers)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other channels
  • Introduce our recruitment services and generate interest
  • Schedule introductory calls with potential clients
  • Maintain and update lead lists and outreach activities

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify potential clients
  • Excellent written communication in English
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

 

Nice to Have
 

  • Experience working with recruitment agencies or HR services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead generation tools
