We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our outbound growth efforts.
This person will help us identify the right target companies and decision-makers, build and verify lead lists, enrich CRM data, and support personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns. You will help us get to the right person and get targeted yield of live sales meetings.
This is not a pure sales closer role. It is a research, prospecting, data enrichment, and outreach support role for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with lead generation tools and outbound workflows. This role is to give the organization the number of warm sales calls to reach sales conversion targets. The team has strong closers who can get on the phone and bring in the sale. We need to source the business development contact and get them on a meeting with our top shelf sales team. We are looking for people who are creative with successful digital outreach prospecting techniques and are creative in coming up with strategies to successfully set up meetings. We are looking for someone who can help us roadmap our digital cold outreach strategy and be pro-active in executing it and getting results.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted B2B lead lists based on ideal customer profile, industry, geography, company size, and decision-maker titles
- Research companies and contacts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, databases, directories, and other online sources
- Find and verify business email addresses and other relevant contact details
- Perform lead enrichment, contact qualification, and prospect segmentation
- Support LinkedIn outreach and cold email outreach campaigns
- Prepare clean prospect lists for campaigns and keep records updated
- Maintain accurate lead records inside CRM and spreadsheets
- Perform data scraping, manage alerts, data cleanup, deduplication, and lead database management when needed
- Conduct market research and decision-maker research to support campaign targeting
- Track progress, organize lead data, and provide regular reporting on work completed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, list building, data enrichment, or outreach support
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven experience in verified email sourcing and email list building
- Experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar
- Experience maintaining lead data in CRM systems such as both basic excel Google Sheet formats our custom CRM solutions and Saas solutions such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good written English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, self-managed, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling repetitive research tasks while maintaining quality
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting cold email campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns
- Experience with data scraping and enrichment workflows
- Familiarity with deliverability basics and responsible outreach practices
- Experience in digital services, SaaS, agencies, online businesses, or other B2B markets
- Ability to improve list quality, targeting, and campaign preparation over time
