✔️ About the Role
We are looking for a CRM / Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our email communication with users.
In this role you will be responsible for building automated lifecycle campaigns, improving email engagement, and ensuring strong email deliverability.
✔️Responsibilities
- Build and manage lifecycle email campaigns (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation)
- Create automated email flows based on user behavior and product events
- Segment users and personalize email communication
- Monitor and improve email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Manage email deliverability and domain reputation
- Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
- Monitor bounce rate, spam complaints, and inbox placement
- Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with product and analytics teams
✔️Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing in B2C digital products, such as: dating platforms, iGaming platforms, social or messaging apps, subscription-based products
- Experience managing high-volume email campaigns (hundreds of thousands or millions of emails per month)
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and user segmentation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo
- Understanding of email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and improving engagement metrics
- Knowledge of domain warming and email infrastructure
