Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Their products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide. Specialized in building Crypto, Web3, and various White-Label Solutions, we are looking for a skilled Middle UI/UX Designer to help craft the next generation of our cutting-edge crypto platforms.

In this role, you will be a core member of our team, translating complex financial concepts into intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will thrive on solving complex design challenges and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key architect of the user experience, applying your design expertise to craft our core products. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Product Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our exchange, liquidity, and enterprise platforms.
• Complex Workflows: Translate intricate financial and blockchain concepts into streamlined, functional mockups and prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure designs are fully functional and enterprise-grade.
• Real-Time Interfaces: Pay close attention to data-heavy, real-time interfaces and optimize for responsiveness and clarity across devices.
• Design Quality: Actively participate in design reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning to maintain high standards and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and verbal).
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech or complex web applications.
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex data visualization and dashboards.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles across various browsers and devices.
  • Experience collaborating with developers using tools such as Git and Jira.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
