We’re looking for an Analyst who lives and breathes data—and knows how to turn it into growth. You’ll be at the center of acquisition and performance strategy, partnering closely with marketing and leadership to uncover insights that shape campaigns, experiments, and investment decisions.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Analyze user acquisition performance across paid and organic channels (paid social, search, affiliates, partnerships).
  • Build and optimize Looker dashboards and reports used by marketing and leadership teams.
  • Work with large-scale data in Snowflake, writing efficient and scalable SQL queries.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end marketing analytics pipelines—from raw data to actionable insights.
  • Track and interpret core growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, funnel conversion, and cohort performance.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to evaluate campaigns, experiments, and channel effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and untapped growth opportunities through deep data exploration.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best-in-class analytics practices.
     

✅ What You Bring

  • Strong experience in marketing/product/growth/user acquisition analytics.
  • Hands-on expertise with data and acquisition metrics.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and reports in Looker.
  • Solid knowledge of Snowflake as a data warehouse.
  • Advanced SQL skills for analysis and transformation.
  • A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
     

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience with attribution models and multi-touch attribution.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation analysis.
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
