Fractional IT Operations / Service Delivery Lead

A fast-growing Dutch cloud MSP (Azure/AWS) is looking for an experienced ops professional to bring structure to a scaling operation and then run it.
 

What you'll do

In the first 8 weeks, you design the foundations: incident management, ticket workflows, client communication standards, onboarding process, and Zendesk configuration. After that, you own the day-to-day: queue oversight, SLA monitoring, client updates, weekly reviews, and monthly reporting.
 

Who you are

You've worked in IT operations, service delivery, or customer success operations at a tech company or MSP. You've built processes where none existed and you're equally comfortable designing a framework as triaging a live incident. You work autonomously, communicate proactively, and don't need hand-holding.
 

Must-haves

  • 3+ years in IT ops, service delivery, or CS ops at a tech company or MSP
  • Experience building operational processes from scratch
  • Hands-on with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
  • Comfortable with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) at a conceptual level
  • Available CET business hours, fluent English
