We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT outsourcing/outstaff companies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles and support HR processes across the team.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT specialists (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
• Conduct HR and technical interviews
• Collaborate with project managers on candidate requirements
• Support onboarding and candidate experience

• Contribute to HR process improvement

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment IT outsourcing or outstaff companies
• Experience hiring technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps)
• English B1+
• Proactive, organized, and strong communicator
