About the Role

 

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Recruiter / Bench Manager to manage bench operations, coordinate specialist sourcing, and support the recruitment process from sourcing through interviews and follow-up.

 

This role combines recruitment and close collaboration with Sales to ensure the right specialists are efficiently matched to new project opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple parallel processes.

 

 

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s bench of specialists, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

- Maintain structured and accurate CRM documentation .

- Source and identify new specialists when required.

- Create job descriptions and job offers as needed.

- Review CVs and professional profiles of potential candidates.

- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and align schedules with interviewers.

- Conduct interviews together with technical co-interviewers in both English and Ukrainian when required.

- Manage candidate follow-up and communication.

- Match specialists to project requirements in collaboration with the Sales team.

- Review and evaluate specialists suggested internally by team members.

- Communicate directly with specialists to clarify experience, availability, and project fit.

 

 

Requirements

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or bench management. (1 year +)
- English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working with CRM systems

- Ability to review technical profiles and summarize interview insights.

- High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales teams and technical interviewers.

- Strong multitasking and process management skills.

- Structured approach to documentation and candidate evaluation.

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
