Business Analyst (RPA / AI / Software Development)

We are looking for a strong Business Analyst who can deeply understand business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and help drive projects from idea to implementation.
 

This role is critical for ensuring that client needs are properly analyzed, documented, and delivered by our engineering team.
 

What You’ll Do
 

Business Analysis

• Analyze client business processes and identify automation or software opportunities
• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
• Identify business problems and translate them into technical requirements
• Document functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare structured documentation

Solution Design

• Work closely with developers and solution architects to shape technical solutions
• Define workflows for RPA, AI implementations, and custom software systems
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Project Support

• Participate in project planning and prioritization
• Support project delivery by clarifying requirements and managing scope
• Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams
• Monitor requirement implementation and validate delivered functionality

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in client processes and suggest automation strategies
• Support implementation of RPA, AI automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Must Have
 

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT / software development
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Experience writing structured documentation
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working with development teams (Agile/Scrum environments)
• Excellent communication and English skills

Nice to Have
 

• Experience working with AI / automation / digital transformation projects
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Experience working in IT outsourcing or consulting companies
• Basic understanding of software architecture
