🎯 Role Overview

As an HR Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling the People function as the company grows. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring that HR processes remain practical, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, leadership development, and People operations. You will help leaders build strong teams, develop managers, and create scalable people practices that support performance, engagement, and retention.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that People processes evolve together with the company’s growth and organizational maturity.

Your impact will be measured through team health, leadership effectiveness, retention, and the overall maturity of the People function.

 

βš™οΈYour Responsibilities

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with C-level and department leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, engagement, retention, and culture;
  • Lead and develop small People Partner / HR team, building a scalable HR function;
  • Translate company strategy into practical People initiatives and frameworks.

Performance & Leadership Development

  • Own and continuously improve the performance management framework (goal setting, reviews, feedback culture, development plans);
  • Coach managers and leaders on leadership skills, communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and team development;
  • Support leaders in building high-performing and accountable teams.

Employee Lifecycle & Organizational Health

  • Oversee key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation success, internal mobility, and offboarding insights;
  • Lead complex employee relations situations, including sensitive conversations, conflict mediation, and investigations when needed;
  • Identify early organizational risks (burnout, disengagement, attrition) and implement preventive actions.

People Analytics & Organizational Insights

  • Use data (pulse surveys, retention metrics, performance insights) to identify trends and drive decision-making;
  • Turn employee feedback and HR metrics into clear action plans for leaders.

Process & Framework Development

  • Build scalable HR processes, manager toolkits, and frameworks as the organization grows;
  • Ensure strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and leadership to maintain effective end-to-end People processes.

πŸ‘€ Our Criteria

  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP / People Partner / HR Lead roles in a scaling company (tech or product environment is a strong plus);
  • Experience working closely with leadership and influencing decision-making;
  • Strong background in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations;
  • Experience building or scaling HR processes and frameworks;
  • Strong coaching and leadership development skills;
  • Data-informed mindset and confidence working with people metrics;
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments;
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and confidentiality;
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
