Banking Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of regulatory compliance, data analysis, and technical implementation. You will act as the vital link between Baltic business stakeholders and our development squads, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into robust, high-integrity financial solutions.
Your Impact

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full analysis lifecycle, from initial regulatory investigation to final solution validation.
• Stakeholder Synthesis: Collaborate with business counterparts across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to transform complex regulations into actionable technical specifications.
• Data-Driven Validation: Utilize SQL to interrogate data models, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous "regulatory-ready" standards.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within a high-performing team of 12–14 (Developers, BAs, Scrum Master, and APO) to deliver mission-critical reporting.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in Requirements Management and 4+ years in Regulatory Reporting within the Financial Sector.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of banking products (Loans, Leasing, Investments) and financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements).
• Technical Proficiency: 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling to support requirement discovery.

• Regulatory Insight: Proven ability to interpret complex legal/regulatory text and translate it into practical IT requirements.

  Location: Current residency in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania is a mandatory requirement.
