Node.js Backend Developer

  We аre looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js) for the international product IT company,  which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide. 

  The company develops white-label platforms for enterprise clients—custom turnkey solutions to automate and optimize digital advertising.

Products company : SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange platforms.

Main markets - Tier 1-2 

The technical team - up to 30 people (CTO, Team Lead, Back-end -10, Front-end developers, QA, DevOps )

Project stack: Node.js,TypeScript a, NoSQL, SQL, Redis, MongoDB,  Linux.

Locations/Offices - Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv or remote.

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js;
• Strong understanding of generics, utility types, async patterns, and the Node.js event loop;
• Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID) and classical design patterns (GoF);
• Experience designing and delivering solutions to production;
• Practical experience using AI tools in development workflows;
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana / Prometheus / Datadog);
• Experience setting up or modifying CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience conducting spikes / PoCs and presenting technical solutions;
• Proven initiative in improving team processes;
• Experience writing unit and e2e tests;
• English level B1

Responsibilities:

•  Preparing and executing releases in the core monolith (merging changes, e2e validation, changelog preparation, deployment).
• Automating internal processes using AI tools.
• Extracting functionality from the monolith into standalone modules with proper test coverage and legacy support.
• Conducting technical research and preparing ADRs with architectural recommendations.
• Designing and delivering new features from concept to production.
• Integrating R&D solutions into the main system.
• Optimizing analytics data collection and storage processes.
• Initiating and implementing improvements in technical and team processes.
