UI/UX Design Middle/Senior

• Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience with commercial projects;
  • Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology;
  • Ability to find and use references;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale;
  • Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies.

• Will be plus:

  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools is desirable;
  • Knowledge of programs such as AE / Principle, development of basic interface animation;
  • Deep AI Integration, using AI as a core partner in the creative workflow;
  • Work background in GameDev, Media or Marketing Agency.

• Soft Skills:

  • End-to-End Ownership: Loves managing the full project cycle independently and thrives on task diversity;
  • Highly self-organized, proactive, excellent communicator, and a true team player.

• Responsibilities:

  • Development of design for the main platforms Web, iOS, Android;
  • Build and maintain Design Systems (create and customize auto layout, variants);
  • Describe the rules of behavior of new modules Guide & Rules;
  • Create interactive prototypes;
  • Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience;
  • Competitor analysis;
  • Presentation of your decisions to the team, ability to tell how and why such decisions were made.
