UI/UX Design

We are looking for a UI/UX Design!

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of experience with commercial projects;
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies;
• Experience working within existing design systems and creating new ones;
• Strong systems thinking across multi-tenant and role-based platforms;
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology;
• Ability to find and use references;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge of programs such as Framer / Spline / Rive, development of basic interface animation;
• Work experience with internal products;
• Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and support of the design strategy of the HR Products suite;
• Ownership of user journeys and UX patterns;
• Build and maintain Design System and components (create and management);
• Create interactive prototypes;
• Quality control, versioning, and handoff to development.
