Affiliate Team Lead (iGaming)

JarvisHeart is a product-based iGaming company actively scaling its affiliate department and expanding its network of proprietary brands across international markets.

We are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead who can not only manage key partners but also lead a team of affiliate managers, directly influencing the growth of our affiliate direction and product scaling worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Build and grow a team from the ground up.
  • Lead a team of Affiliate Managers: task setting, performance tracking, professional development, and mentoring.

Affiliate Management

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners in TIER 1 markets.
  • Ensure effective communication and long-term partnerships.

Affiliate Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement an affiliate strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on ROI, traffic scaling, and meeting projected payback targets.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze key affiliate traffic metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, ARPU, LTV) to evaluate partner effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

Market Research

  • Monitor the market, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and maintain transparent communication with partners.

Financial Reporting & Partner Payments

  • Manage financial reporting for traffic metrics, oversee partner payouts, and lead the reconciliation process.

Ownership of Affiliate Direction

  • Take full responsibility for the growth and scaling of the affiliate department, including process improvement and identifying new growth levers.

Product Impact & Strategy Contribution

  • Actively participate in product development: initiate changes, improve processes, test new approaches, and influence strategic product decisions.

     

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming).
  • 6+ months of experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven experience working with TIER 1 markets.
  • Deep understanding of the gambling market.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both written and verbal).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding key metrics: ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU, LTV.
  • Comprehensive understanding of traffic sources and payout models (CPA / Revenue Share / Hybrid).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in or a solid understanding of Business Development (BizDev).
  • An active and verified partner base that can be launched within the first month.
  • Access to partners working across various traffic sources.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling affiliate departments or launching new GEOs.
  • Experience working with Influencer or Streamer traffic.
  • Experience with Affilka, BI systems, Jira, and Confluence.
  • In-depth understanding of traffic quality analytics.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
  • High motivation to grow alongside the product and scale the affiliate direction.
