Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our Recruitment team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across game development disciplines — from artists and animators to engineers and designers — fueling the growth of a globally recognized studio.
 

What You'll Do

• Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, ArtStation, Behance, and other relevant platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical, creative, and non-technical roles
• Craft personalized outreach messages that generate strong response rates from passive candidates
• Screen candidates at the initial stage and hand off qualified profiles to the Recruitment team
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/tracking systems
• Research market trends and talent availability to advise on sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through targeted outreach and community engagement
   

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruiting (IT, gaming, or creative industries preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Ability to quickly grasp technical and creative job requirements
• Attention to detail, persistence, and a proactive mindset
• Experience working with ATS systems is a plus
• Genuine interest in the game development industry is a big advantage
