About the Role: 
We are looking for a proactive, extroverted, and creative Partnership & Growth Sales Representative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key communicator, focusing on building strong relationships, generating new leads, and establishing us as a reliable tech partner for Web3 projects. If you are passionate about the Web3 space and know how to captivate people on a call, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Creative Collaborations: Go beyond traditional direct sales by initiating creative partnerships, such as joint streams, co-marketing efforts, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Take ownership of our current partner network (including external agencies and partners), reanimate stale relationships, and relaunch active collaborations.
  • Conduct High-Energy Calls: Act as the primary communicator to hold introductory calls, successfully pitch our "golden mountains" of expertise, and deeply engage potential partners.
     
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Explore and test new channels and Grow Hacks for acquiring leads. 
  • Client Re-engagement: Reach out to past clients to discover their current needs, check on their progress, and pitch our new services and capabilities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory for daily communication with our international network.
  • Extroverted Communicator: You must be highly empathetic, outgoing, and unafraid to initiate contact with new people. You naturally enjoy talking, networking, and building rapport.
  • Web3 Generalist & Enthusiast: You don't need to be a technical developer, but you must be genuinely passionate about Web3. You should have a solid high-level understanding of the market, narratives, L2 solutions, and enjoy discussing crypto trends online.
  • B2B Experience: A strong understanding of B2B lead generation mechanics is required. Ideal candidates will have a background working with IT agencies, SaaS platforms, or B2B tech products.
  • Creative SDR Mindset: You possess an American-style sales dynamic—quick, creative, and capable of finding win-win partnership scenarios rather than just pushing a standard development service.
