As a Creative Lead, you will help define the user experience and visual direction of our digital products. You will collaborate with a distributed team of designers, developers, and product specialists to create scalable and high-quality digital experiences for global partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design and creative direction of digital platforms
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI standards
• Mentor designers and contribute to improving design processes
• Support user research and usability testing
   

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Full-time availability
• 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in a senior or lead role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product design
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with modern design tools 

• Experience working with international teams
