We are looking for a Senior GEO/AEO Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

• Define and execute the GEO / AEO strategy to increase product visibility across AI search, LLM interfaces, and generative ecosystems;
• Research how AI platforms and generative search systems work and translate insights into practical SEO and content solutions;
• Design and implement content and structural approaches that improve brand citation and presence in AI-generated answers;
• Drive organic growth through non-SERP channels and emerging AI-driven discovery formats beyond traditional search;
• Launch, validate, and iterate experiments and hypotheses, measuring impact on organic traffic and brand visibility;
• Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, Product, and Analytics to embed GEO / AEO into the broader organic growth strategy;

• Monitor AI search trends and adapt strategy to evolving algorithms and user behavior.

   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth with direct responsibility for performance and measurable growth;
• Proven experience in building and executing organic growth strategies, including GEO / AEO initiatives from scratch;
• Strong understanding of LLM and AI search fundamentals (RAG, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, citations);
• Hands-on experience with entity-based and topic-driven content architecture and large-scale content optimization for generative search;
• Ability to work effectively in high-uncertainty environments, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through testing;
• Advanced skills in structured data, schema, and knowledge graph–driven logic;
• Data-driven mindset with practical experience in analytics (SQL and/or Python) and confident cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
