Responsibilities:
Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) independently or in collaboration with agencies.
Monitoring KPI performance related to loan issuance volume and target cost per acquisition (CPA).
Preparing technical briefs for creatives and overseeing their performance.
Analyzing key performance metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS) and making decisions on campaign scaling.
Managing advertising budgets and monitoring the efficiency of marketing channels.
Setting up and validating tracking systems, including pixels, events, and integrations.
Collaborating with agencies and external contractors.
Preparing regular reports on key KPIs.
Analyzing the results of advertising activities and providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience working with agencies or independently managing advertising campaigns.
Experience independently launching and scaling advertising campaigns will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of tracking, attribution, and integrations.
Experience in the fintech sector or in βgreyβ niches will be considered an advantage.
