  • Requirements:

    Mandatory:
    - 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Facebook advertising infrastructure
    - Understanding of the following structure:
    Business Manager
    Pixel
    Custom Conversions
    Audiences
    Ad Account
    - Experience working with agency accounts
    - Understanding of account bans and moderation logic
    - Ability to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

     

  • Will be plus:

    Experience in media buying / arbitrage
    Understanding of tracking systems (e.g., Keitaro)
    Experience working with anti-detect browsers
    Experience communicating with agencies
    Understanding of advertising financial accounting
     

  • Responsibilities:
    - Procurement and acceptance of social accounts
    Checking restrictions and limits
    Preparing accounts for work
    Maintaining account statuses
    - Adding ad accounts to Business Manager
    Creating pixels, custom conversions, and audiences
    Checking audience population
    Maintaining account activity
    - Integrating agency ad accounts into Business Manager
    Checking currency, limits, and timezone
    Managing access permissions
    - Receiving new ad accounts
    Resolving limit and access issues
    Handling appeals through agencies
    Controlling commissions and balances
    - Monitoring account lifetime
    Preparing replacement accounts
    Ensuring uninterrupted campaign launches
    - Submitting appeals
    Tracking support tickets
    Maintaining ban history
    Analyzing ban reasons
    - Maintaining a master table
    Weekly infrastructure status reporting
    - Monitoring ad account balances
    Managing fund transfers with agencies
    Tracking advertising turnover
