Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate should be ready to learn and be able to solve emerging problems and reasonably estimate tasks, deadlines and risks.
You are able to, and enjoy, working with people, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Your skills & qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
- Experience in IT field on this role - 0,5+ years;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to present a vacancy to candidates in the most efficient way to fill the job;
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms;
- Willingness to enhance oneβs abilities and pursue career growth;
- Drive for results and ability work in team;
- Curiosity and growth mindset;
- English β Intermediate+.
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the Full Sicle recruitment process;
- Source and expand the candidate pool, utilizing LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and other channels;
- Identify new channels for finding the best candidates;
- Develop talent pool for future hiring needs;
- Conduct candidate screenings (technical experience and soft skills);
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS system (we use Hurma).
