Strong Middle Business Analyst (freelance)

Tallium is seeking a technically skilled Business Analyst for a part-time role on an innovative healthcare project.
As a key team member, you will bridge clinical and engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive product design and delivery.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years as Business Analyst / System Analyst / Product Owner in software development
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Lean (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience on mid-to-large projects
• Skilled in workshops and discovery sessions
• Business process modeling (BPMN/EPC/UML/ERD) and process optimization; familiar with Miro, FigJam, Visio, Draw.io
• Strong elicitation, assessment, documentation, and prioritization of requirements
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence (requirement management)
• Experience creating and validating user stories, use cases, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs
• Able to produce technical and functional documentation and define developer tasks
• Understanding of client-server architecture, system integrations, and APIs
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes, development of detailed process maps
• Analysis of available system integrations, updates of system map
• Development of API requests
• Defining of tech specifications & team tasks
• Conducting of workshops and meetings with the Client and the project team
• Conducting the discovery phase of the projects, working closely with PM, UX/UI Designers, Tech Leads & The Client in order to conceptualize & design the new product, prioritize the work
• Creation WBS Documents (Work Breakdown Structure) & ownership of pre-sale estimation process

Would be a plus:
 

• Experience with business domains: Healthcare, FinTech, Banking, Investments, EdTech
• Experience working with Pre-sale process: requirements analysis, WBS decomposing, preparing high-level pre-sale estimation, helping the Sales team in preparing the proposal.
