Project Manager

What you will be responsible for

• Driving IT projects (web and mobile) across the full SDLC: Discovery → Development → Release → Project closure
• Ensuring predictable delivery by planning timelines, managing scope, and controlling project milestones
• Acting as the main communication point for the client, running demos and sharing clear delivery updates
• Maintaining structured project documentation and PM artifacts, including communication plans, delivery reports, risk registers, Gantt charts, and change logs
• Managing scope creep and change requests while keeping delivery expectations aligned
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Designers, Developers, DevOps, Tech Leads)
• Using Jira and Confluence to track delivery progress, maintain documentation, and ensure team transparency
• Monitoring delivery and quality metrics such as delivery progress (SPI) and defect trends (e.g., bugs per developer)
• Ensuring the project moves forward with clear priorities, transparent communication, and controlled delivery
   

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Experience managing projects across all SDLC stages
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Ability to create and maintain PM artifacts and structured project documentation
• Experience managing scope creep and change requests
• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and planning tools
• Basic understanding of delivery metrics (e.g., SPI, bug trends, delivery progress)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong client communication skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
