Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position as a Bonus/Casino Manager in the iGaming industry.
  • Understanding of the full product lifecycle.
  • Direct experience working with game providers, including negotiation and deal-making.
  • Experience with back-office and CRM systems, management of a game lobby.
  • Ability to analyze game statistics and understand player preferences by GEO.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
     

Desired / Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing of game lobbies.
  • Understanding of onboarding funnel optimization.
  • Knowledge of retention triggers and user session activation.
  • Experience with product gamification.
  • Experience with bonus programs and bonus systems.
      

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the game lobby, ensuring smooth operation and optimal player experience.
  • Analyze game statistics and player behavior by GEO to identify trends and improve engagement.
  • Implement and manage brand bonus programs and gamification features to drive retention and player activity.
  • Collaborate directly with game providers for content integration, negotiations, and deal-making.
  • Use back-office and CRM systems to execute and track bonuses, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing insights on player preferences, game performance, and promotional impact.
  • Contribute to planning and optimization of the full product lifecycle, from game launch to ongoing updates.
