Responsibilities
- Build and develop the HR function and HR team
- Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans
- Develop systems for talent acquisition, development, and retention
- Build and improve processes for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Implement performance management and career development frameworks
- Design and drive employee engagement and motivation programs
- Shape and strengthen the company culture
- Partner with leadership and team leads on organizational design and team scaling
- Use HR analytics and data to improve people-related decisions
- Establish clear and effective HR policies and internal processes
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- At least 1 year of experience as HR Director / Head of HR
- Experience working with teams of 100+ employees
- Proven experience building HR functions and HR teams from scratch
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices, including:
- talent acquisition
- performance management
- employee engagement
- talent development
- retention strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
