Email Marketing Specialist (Junior+ / Middle)

Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will help us develop and scale our email marketing direction, build effective communication funnels, and optimize customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and launch email campaigns (newsletters, sequences, promotional emails).
• Build and optimize email marketing funnels and automations.
• Segment email databases and personalize communication.
• Analyze email campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to create engaging email content.
• Set up and manage automated email workflows and triggers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing funnels and automation.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms such as SendPulse, Mailchimp, HubSpot.
• Understanding of email marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of customer journey and marketing funnels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured way.

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Basic copywriting skills for email campaigns.
• Experience working with digital products or marketing agencies.
