Requirements

— Experience with OTC desks and trading platforms
— Understanding of AML/KYC/KYB/KYT
— Understanding of the regulatory environment
— Experience working with external partners (liquidity providers, FX/crypto brokers, OTC providers)
— Strong analytical and management skills
— English level B2 or higher
— Strong sales-oriented background

Responsibilities

— Align and coordinate with teams
— Monitor the execution of business tasks assigned to the teams
— Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports
— Conduct competitor analysis and identify new solutions in the OTC market
