Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of direct search methods and sources
- Experience in conducting and coordinating recruitment processes independently
- Openness and a creative approach to recruitment activities
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and business writing)
- Experience in working in an international environment will be a plus
- Knowledge of other EU IT Markets will be a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting the recruitment process for IT positions
- Active search for candidates
- Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews
- Initiatives for proposing new ways of reaching candidates
- Creating and posting recruitment ads
- Building long-term relations with candidates
- Supporting the sales team through the preparation of analyses and estimations of candidates market
- Conducting activities building positive image of GlobalLogic
- Monitoring of ongoing recruitment projects and providing continuous support for the recruitment team and PMs
- Supporting the definition of open positions and providing a recruitment process setup proposal
