We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who will provide an ongoing TAG support for GlobalLogic
 

Job Description

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Knowledge of direct search methods and sources
  • Experience in conducting and coordinating recruitment processes independently
  • Openness and a creative approach to recruitment activities
  • Self-reliance and good organizational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and business writing)
  • Experience in working in an international environment will be a plus
  • Knowledge of other EU IT Markets will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting the recruitment process for IT positions
  • Active search for candidates
  • Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews
  • Initiatives for proposing new ways of reaching candidates
  • Creating and posting recruitment ads
  • Building long-term relations with candidates
  • Supporting the sales team through the preparation of analyses and estimations of candidates market
  • Conducting activities building positive image of GlobalLogic
  • Monitoring of ongoing recruitment projects and providing continuous support for the recruitment team and PMs
  • Supporting the definition of open positions and providing a recruitment process setup proposal
