Country Growth Lead

Our client, a fast-growing global player in the crypto trading ecosystem, is looking for a Regional Growth Manager to lead and expand their presence across key European markets.
 

This role will focus on developing and scaling the local business by driving user growth, trading volume, partnerships, and community engagement within the regional crypto ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the companys market presence by building strong relationships with local communities, partners, and industry stakeholders.
 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the crypto trading landscape in Europe and enjoys building markets, partnerships, and communities from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
 

• Own and drive the local market development strategy, including growth initiatives, operations coordination, business development, and community expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, influencers, trading groups, media partners, and ecosystem projects across the region.
• dentify and develop opportunities to increase trading activity, user acquisition, and brand awareness within the European market.
• Launch and coordinate regional campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives to support platform adoption.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and global BD teams to adapt strategies to local market needs.
• Collect feedback from local users, partners, and communities and provide insights to improve product features and market positioning.
• Establish operational processes, KPIs, and growth metrics to effectively manage the regional market.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments within the European crypto ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings. 
   

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or digital asset markets, with hands-on experience driving regional growth, partnerships, or trading adoption.
• Proven track record of increasing trading volume, user growth, or market expansion in a specific European market.
• Strong understanding of the crypto trading ecosystem, particularly exchanges and derivatives trading communities.
• Well-established network within the European crypto space, including projects, KOLs, communities, or media.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, build processes, and drive regional initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is required.
   

Nice to Have:
 

• Experience working with or for a top-tier crypto exchange.
• Additional European languages such as German, French, Turkish, or others.
• Existing relationships with regional KOLs, trading communities, brokers, or ecosystem partners.
