Mining Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Mining BD Manager to expand our institutional partnerships across the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem.

This role focuses on developing relationships with institutional investors, mining companies, funds, custodians, and family offices, helping grow adoption of our mining and Web3 infrastructure solutions. You will play a key role in positioning our products, driving new partnerships, and supporting long-term business growth within the mining and institutional crypto landscape.

Responsibilities:
 

• Build and manage relationships with global institutional partners, including funds, custodians, family offices, and mining-related entities.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand adoption of our Web3 infrastructure products, including cloud mining, staking, and DeFi solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to institutional partners and stakeholders.
• Lead business negotiations, contract discussions, and full-cycle partnership management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments within the crypto mining and Web3 infrastructure space.
• Generate insights from partners and market activity to support business strategy and product improvements.
• Drive BD initiatives that support institutional adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem expansion.
   

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or partnerships, preferably in Web3, crypto, mining, or traditional finance.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and digital asset markets.
• Experience working with institutional clients such as funds, custodians, or family offices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across global markets.
• Fluent spoken English 
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments.
