Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help scale our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the dynamics of product-driven or startup teams, and is excited to play a key role in building high-impact teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Design, Business, etc.).
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured recruitment processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate fit, and manage a seamless interview process.
  • Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
  • Track hiring metrics and optimize recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for talent.
     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth or dynamic environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a product or startup company – understanding of lean teams, fast hiring cycles, and adaptability is key.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Good conversational and written English skills (at least Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.).
  • A passion for people, hiring, and helping build high-performance teams.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with AI companies or hiring for AI-related roles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, or process automation.
