Customer Success Manager (B2B)
We are a digital agency specializing in SEO and performance advertising (Google Ads). We work with small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
Our goal is not just to “manage projects”, but to scale our clients’ businesses through a systematic and results-driven digital approach.
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who can not only communicate effectively with clients but also think strategically, manage the financial performance of projects, and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Your responsibilities:
- managing a portfolio of clients with a strong focus on results;
- taking ownership of client retention;
- leading strategic meetings with clients;
- monitoring project performance and ensuring clients’ KPIs are achieved;
- identifying opportunities to grow and expand client partnerships;
- handling risks and resolving complex situations;
- prioritizing tasks and coordinating SEO and PPC teams;
- ensuring high-quality reporting and transparent analytics for clients.
Required experience:
- 1+ years of experience managing clients or projects in digital marketing;
- experience conducting online presentations and strategic calls;
- experience managing multiple clients simultaneously;
- experience working with US/EU clients (will be a plus);
- experience in upselling and expanding client contracts (will be a plus).
Hard skills:
- understanding of SEO and performance marketing;
- understanding of Google Ads account structure;
- strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel;
- experience working with CRM systems;
- strong time management skills;
- English — B2+.
Soft skills:
- strategic thinking;
- ability to handle objections;
- strong negotiation skills;
- structured approach and process management;
- high level of personal responsibility;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and changing priorities.
