Software Engineer

About the role

You will be a Core Developer in our product team, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product. This is a high-impact position where you’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle: from building core product features and modern UIs to designing a reliable, fast, and efficient infrastructure around it. You’ll work directly day-to-day with the General Manager and have a clear, measurable impact on the product’s unit economics.

Technical stack: AI-driven Engineering, Flutter, Next, React.

What you need for this position

• You’re an AI-augmented engineer. You actively use tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to speed up your routine, refactor efficiently, and solve problems faster.
• You communicate openly and feel comfortable in a fast-paced agile team where things can change rapidly.
• You’re a truly product-oriented engineer. You don’t just write code in a vacuum — your technical decisions are always driven by real product and engineering metrics, keeping business goals in mind.
• You can solve product and business problems end-2-end completely solo. You know how to take a high-level problem description and turn it into an efficient, working engineering solution without needing someone to hold your hand.
• 3+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter and 5+ years of experience as a SE.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Firebase services including Firestore, Storage, and Performance, as well as experience with Firebase Flutter SDK, Bloc, and Hive storage.
• Understanding of the app publishing process for stores.
• Hands-on experience with Next and React to build web (short on experience? That’s completely OK, provided you can deliver effectively by leveraging AI tools and are eager to pick up new tech quickly)
