We are expanding our Business Development team, due to a growing market demand. This is a mission-critical hire to help us scale high-value fintech projects globally.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support our Business Development and Sales teams in managing the pipeline, CRM processes, and operational sales activities.
 

This role is critical in ensuring that sales processes run smoothly, leads are properly tracked, and the sales team can focus on closing deals and building client relationships.
 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems, sales data, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
 

 

 

Professional skills are required:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in Sales Assistant / Sales Operations / Business Development support
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)


Responsibilities

Support the Sales Engine

  • Maintain and manage our CRM system (HubSpot) ensuring pipeline accuracy and deal visibility
  • Track and update sales opportunities, leads, and contacts
  • Prepare pipeline reports and assist with sales performance tracking
     

Help Move Deals Forward

  • Document meeting notes, discovery insights, and follow-up actions
  • Assist in coordinating internal teams during proposal preparation and presales activities
  • Track internal tasks related to RFPs, proposals, and client requests

 

Sales Enablement & Materials

  • Organize and maintain sales materials, presentations, and case studies
  • Assist with the preparation of commercial proposals and client documentation
  • Support preparation for sales meetings, demos, and industry events

 

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, delivery, and leadership teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between internal teams

 

Operational Excellence

  • Help improve internal sales processes and workflows
  • Ensure that CRM and pipeline data remain clean, structured, and actionable

 

Skills will be a plus:

  • Experience in IT outsourcing, fintech, or software development companies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay or similar tools
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and B2B sales processes
