Softprom is an international Value Added IT Distributor with more than 25 years of experience developing IT markets across Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

 

We are looking for a Head of 3D Solutions Department who will lead the regional development of strategic engineering and R&D software solutions from global vendors such as Bentley Systems, GitLab, Hexagon Geospatial, Trimble SketchUp and ZWSoft.

This role is a key leadership position responsible for scaling the business across multiple countries, building a strong partner ecosystem, managing an international sales and presales team, and driving the adoption of advanced engineering, BIM, GIS and R&D technologies across industries such as infrastructure, construction, engineering and manufacturing.

You will play a central role in shaping the regional growth strategy and developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers, partners and global vendors.

 

Region: Ukraine, Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business development strategy for the 3D Solutions Department across the region
• Manage the portfolio of vendors including Bentley Systems, GitLab, Hexagon Geospatial, Trimble SketchUp and ZWSoft
• Achieve revenue, market growth and strategic development targets
• Lead and develop the team:

  • 3 Business Development Managers
  • 2 Presales Engineers
  • Regional sales managers across the Caucasus and Central Asia
    • Develop and oversee sales planning, account planning and business planning
    • Expand the partner ecosystem and distribution network
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities
    • Build long-term relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners
    • Participate in strategic negotiations and large enterprise deals
    • Oversee POC / POV projects for enterprise customers
    • Coordinate regional marketing and partner activities
    • Ensure accurate CRM management, sales forecasting and reporting

 

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing sales of IT solutions or enterprise software
• Proven experience managing sales, business development and presales teams
• Experience developing partner ecosystems and channel sales models
• Experience with CAD / BIM / GIS / R&D software will be a strong advantage
• Understanding of industries such as Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or Manufacturing
• Experience in strategic planning and market development
• Strong experience in executive-level negotiations with enterprise customers and partners
• Higher technical or IT education
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
