Business Administration Intern

Hello! We are looking for a Business Administration Intern to join our team, consulting company, CanSolveIt®.  

Remote, part – or full-time. 

 

CanSolveIt® is a consulting company that provides services on change management and business process optimization. We work with leaders in the construction and energy industry internationally, primarily in the European and North American markets. 

As a Business Administration Intern at CanSolveIt®, you will help maintain order across the company’s operational processes. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and accurately storing expense‑related documents while adhering to clear guidelines and consistent file‑naming standards. We are looking for someone who is highly attentive to detail, works in a structured manner, and can uphold documentation practices that meet our high standards of accuracy and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities: 

  • Keep Microsoft structured and up to date, i.e., MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Data entry into Swiss accounting software based on primary accounting documents.
  • Recording and verifying financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain communication with company IT, accounting, or legal partners for admin questions. 
  • Keep track of all licenses and memberships.
  • Keep track of the employee’s business and travel expenses if applicable.
  • Keep track of marketing and other admin expenses.

 

Requirements: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights. 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Interest in Swiss accounting regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+).   
  • We expect you to be a proactive service-oriented doer with great attention to detail and healthy perfectionism when it comes to documents. It is a long-term position, so you should really enjoy a different kind of operational work to thrive in this role. As a team, we praise high standards of work ethics and will expect the same from you. 

 

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

Experience working with Smartsheet, Office 365, Excel, SharePoint

Recruiting Process: 

  1. Screening interview with HR  (1 hour)
  2.  Interview with the CEO and Technical interview  (1 hour)
